Madelief’s lessons are hard work and involve a lot of sweating, but the most important thing she thinks is that you clear your head for 20, 45, or 60 minutes. The music takes you with it, and you’ll find that after the workout you’ll feel satisfied and happy instantly. Hard work makes everything possible. Madelief wants you to push your limits a little extra hard, that’s what she does it for in the end.
Madelief grew up in Groningen and has always skated. When she moved to Amsterdam she discovered the rhythm cycle lessons and was immediately completely addicted. Soon she dreamed of giving these lessons and now she is the one on the instructor bike! In Madelief’s lessons she works hard and sweats a lot, but the most important thing she finds is that you clear your head during the 45 minutes.
